Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose technical issues and propose effective solutions
• Execute preventive maintenance plans to ensure facility reliability
• Propose technical modifications to improve safety, reliability, and energy performance
• Perform first-level mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs
• Manage building maintenance tasks, including planning and executing improvements
• Organize necessary tools, equipment, and materials for repairs
• Mitigate unsafe acts and conditions to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

• 2 years of professional experience in a maintenance role
• Previous management experience of similar dimensions
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or High School diploma
