Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4-6 clubs and provide support for projects as needed
• Provide onsite management for vendors and support large equipment repairs
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance on all building systems
• Manage and close OpenWrench tickets and maintain organized inventory
• Perform basic repairs including plumbing, light fixtures, sheet rock, painting, flooring, and trim
• Maintain HVAC units, sensors, thermostats, AV systems, and pool mechanics

Requirements

• 3-5 years of basic trade experience
• 3-5 years of building maintenance experience across all systems
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to multiple locations
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR Certification (required within 30 days of hire)
• Maintain personal vehicle insurance and a clean motor vehicle record

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of fitness facility maintenance experience
