Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance plans
• Perform equipment maintenance, inspection, servicing, and modification activities
• Repair equipment failures and analyze failure data
• Perform PPM for critical safety and tooling equipment
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance records
• Develop and maintain maintenance procedures (SOP, JSA)
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment downtime
• Train production operators on basic equipment care
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for safety and efficiency
• Manage engineering projects and maintenance contractors
• Provide emergency maintenance support during nights, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain 5S in equipment areas

Requirements

• College degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience
• Experience with rotating and static equipment
• Experience in mechanical and instrumentation/electrical systems
• Familiarity with engineering plastics and polymer processing industry
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability
• Proficient in MS Office
• Basic English communication skills
