Maintenance Technician - Electrical

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical equipment failures including heating circuits, motor controls, VFDs, servo drives, pumps, and pneumatic systems
• Plan and perform complex corrective and preventative maintenance
• Conduct facility HVAC preventive maintenance
• Manage work orders, parts, and repairs within the CMMS
• Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure a clean, safe work area
• Contribute to improvements in maintenance-related downtime and costs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical field applications
• Working knowledge of three-phase power, distribution panels, and power transformers
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings
• Proficiency in using power tools and shop equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Two-year college degree in a technical-related field or currently pursuing one
