Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, repair, or replacement of defective components
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs while minimizing production downtime
• Ensure and coordinate preventive maintenance for production tools
• Participate in the continuous improvement of industrial equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
• Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and quality procedures

Requirements

• Degree (BAC to BTS) in Maintenance with specialization in mechanics, metallurgy, or plastics
• Knowledge of industrial installation parameters and operating modes
• Understanding of safety, security, quality, and environmental procedures
• Strong foundational skills in general mechanics and mathematics
• Mastery of continuous improvement tools
• Ability to work autonomously with rigor and curiosity
• Strong capacity to identify priorities and detect abnormalities in installations
