Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Handle Annual Maintenance Club Tune Ups
• Complete garage door inspections following a checklist
• Manage call back visits to ensure customer satisfaction
• Educate customers on their garage doors and inspection findings
• Receive POs for the warehouse and update inventory counts
• Assist Area Manager or Market Lead with load outs for technicians and installers
• Maintain physical counts in the warehouse

Requirements

• Ability to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for long periods
• Physically able to lift 50lbs
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (excluding THC) and criminal background check
• Basic knowledge of hand tools
• Proficiency with navigation apps, Google, tablets, and computers
• Basic math and reading skills for measurements and payments
• Professional appearance
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States
