Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform minor electrical maintenance including replacement of fixtures, bulbs, ballasts, and fuses
• Execute minor plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and laying new lines
• Conduct minor painting, carpentry, and masonry work including surface preparation and hanging doors
• Reconfigure and install modular office furniture, wall panels, and lighting
• Prepare and paint various structures and equipment to prevent corrosion
• Inspect buildings and structures to detect malfunctions and recommend repairs

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a commercial property environment
• Ability to provide professional service to tenants
• Capacity to adapt to change and manage stressful situations
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Clear criminal record check
