Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout office and manufacturing production areas
• Handle drywall patching, light framing, painting, and minor carpentry repairs
• Execute basic electrical maintenance including replacing outlets, ballasts, fixtures, and switches
• Support upkeep of flooring, ceiling tiles, shelving, and facility fixtures
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on facility infrastructure
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and ladders safely and efficiently
• Respond promptly to facility maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on operational needs
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in building maintenance, carpentry, or general contracting
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic electrical repairs and carpentry work
• Proficiency with the safe use of power tools, ladders, and hand tools
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or protected individual) as per ITAR regulations
