Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections on CNC machines, heat treatment furnaces, and other facility equipment
• Rapidly diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize production downtime
• Comply with all safety protocols and ensure adherence to industrial regulations
• Document all maintenance activities and maintain accurate records for audits and operational tracking
• Support maintenance programs by identifying and suggesting design changes to improve machine performance, efficiency, and product quality

Requirements

• Technical degree or Engineering degree in mechanical, industrial maintenance, electromechanical, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Proven experience in the diagnosis and maintenance of CNC equipment
• Advanced knowledge of mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Proficiency in PLC programming, sensors, and automation technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
