Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment
• Inspects belts, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, and greases bearings/seals
• Completes daily, weekly, and monthly equipment checks and maintains records
• Responds to emergency maintenance requests and ensures timely facility repairs
• Assists with building renovations, painting, and new equipment installation
• Obtains estimates for supplies and manages vendor relationships
• Follows company GMP policies to ensure food safety, quality, and defense
• Works second shift (approximately 3pm-1am)

Requirements

• Certification in mechanical engineering or a similar field, OR 4 years of industrial maintenance experience
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance
• Knowledge of parametric and industrial control systems
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations
• Excellent troubleshooting and time-management skills
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment
