Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned properties are maintained according to company standards
• Conduct routine checks and service equipment to prevent failures
• Troubleshoot problems and perform necessary repairs
• Perform heavy lifting of furniture and equipment
• Maintain excellent client-facing and internal communication

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or an equivalent field
• General mechanical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and building trades
• Possession of basic tools for building maintenance
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical school education
• EPA Universal Certification
