Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned office buildings are maintained according to company standards
• Conduct routine checks and service equipment to prevent failures
• Perform heavy lifting of furniture and equipment
• Troubleshoot problems and make repairs
• Provide excellent client-facing and internal communication
• Perform other related duties in accordance with laws and company policies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial office property maintenance preferred
• General mechanical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and building trades
• Proficient in reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills
• Possession of basic tools for building maintenance
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
