Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to residents by responding to maintenance requests
• Complete all phases of make ready and turnover work according to timelines
• Perform general repairs including electrical, plumbing, appliance, HVAC, and carpentry
• Participate in preventative maintenance programs and ongoing repair of physical assets
• Maintain community appearance through playground cleanup and trash pick-up
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate documentation and time sheets

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family housing, construction, or trades
• Proven competency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
• Knowledge of carpentry, lock repairs, and general maintenance
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to provide and maintain own basic hand and power tools
• Availability for mandatory after-hours emergency repairs and on-call rotations

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC Type 2 or Universal CFC Certification
• Geothermal experience
