About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and curative maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
- Conduct diagnostics and machine inspections to ensure high availability of industrial equipment
- Execute maintenance operations safely, including lockout/tagout (consignation/déconsignation) procedures
- Carry out compliance and standardization work on industrial installations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying technical and operational progress areas
- Ensure traceability of all interventions using the CMMS (GMAO) system
Requirements
- Minimum of a BTS MI or CRSA degree
- Previous industrial experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Strong technical skills in electricity, mechanics, or automation
- Knowledge of injection molding machines and/or peripherals in the plastics industry
- Familiarity with continuous improvement tools such as TPM and 5S
- Methodical, organized, and autonomous approach to work
