Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment based on provided lists
• Diagnose and repair various types of facility equipment
• Design, build, and install machine enhancements
• Repair building structures and manage minor construction projects
• Coordinate with manufacturer technical support or vendors for complex repairs
• Utilize Assess Essentials and Vector Solutions software platforms
• Maintain maintenance supplies and keep work areas clean and tidy
• Follow lockout tagout procedures and all safety guidelines
• Document and log inspections and equipment records

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to prioritize equipment needs
