Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical systems up to 480v
• Execute the preventative maintenance (PM) program for production and warehouse equipment
• Utilize CMMS to document work orders and manage parts inventory
• Maintain building structures, grounds, and perform safety inspections
• Design and install machine enhancements and facility improvements

Requirements

• Significant hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing or machine shop environments
• Demonstrated experience working with 480v electrical systems
• Proven experience repairing industrial hydraulic systems
• High proficiency in computer skills and CMMS software
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certifications in a manufacturing field
• Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
