Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete system and building repairs and preventative maintenance requirements in a timely manner
• Provide ongoing assistance and support to the Chief Engineer and Building Engineer in all aspects of site operation and maintenance
• Respond to and complete work orders and projects
• Identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in building or property maintenance
• Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, HVAC systems, painting, drywall, and light carpentry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
• Valid driver’s license
• Flexibility to be available for off-hours emergency response
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10-hour General Industry Safety Training
