Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on buildings and machinery
• Handle repairs and troubleshooting for plumbing, electricity, and HVAC systems
• Carry out general handyman tasks and maintain the facility's green spaces
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and maintenance protocols

Requirements

• CAP/BEP or Bac Pro in maintenance, electrical installation, or plumbing
• Proven experience in collective building maintenance
• Knowledge of plumbing, including water production, distribution, and treatment
• Proficiency in low and high voltage electricity
• Understanding of heating and air conditioning systems
• Knowledge of fire safety equipment and safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP 1 (Fire Safety) diploma
• Low voltage electrical certification (habilitation basse tension)
