Maintenance Technician CNC

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify issues in non-functioning electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment based on layout plans, blueprints, manuals, or sketches
• Utilize test and diagnostic equipment to perform necessary checkouts and validations
• Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required to maintain production standards
• Execute equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers
• Act as a subject matter expert or team leader for specific work areas, exercising independent judgment on complex assignments

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance or a related field
• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and repair manuals
• Experience using diagnostic and testing equipment
• Skilled in the assembly and repair of complex manufacturing machinery
