Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and apartment turnovers within designated time frames
• Repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems
• Maintain building security including locks, doors, and fire suppression systems
• Perform interior and exterior painting and manual repairs

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Ability to travel to multiple properties as needed
• High school diploma

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC certification
• CMRP certification
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes
