Responsibilities

• Supervise apartment turnovers, including coordinating cleaning and maintenance teams
• Perform on-site preparation such as furniture assembly and technical setup (Wi-Fi, etc.)
• Conduct detailed quality control inspections using digital checklists
• Act as the primary field contact for external vendors and building staff
• Provide operational support for urgent repairs or equipment replacements
• Manage company vehicles and maintain equipment and supply stock

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in field operations, building management, hospitality, or cleaning supervision
• Proficiency in basic manual repairs and handyman tasks
• Physical ability to lift over 10kg and remain active throughout the day
• Comfortable using digital tools like Slack, Google Suite, and mobile apps
• Strong communication skills and a proactive customer service mindset
