Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Installation of furniture, lights, home appliances, and wall mounting of mirrors or artwork
• Conduct repairs including carpentry, handyman tasks, and light painting
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment or arrange specialist appliance engineers
• Conduct inspections and provide snag lists for apartments
• Liaise with specialized contractors for plumbing, electrical, and appliance work
• Assist guests with technical issues to support a positive experience
• Deliver missing items such as glassware or small appliances to clients

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a General Maintenance/Repairs Technician
• Proven experience in repairing home appliances
• Proficiency with mobile apps and technology
• Experience sourcing spare parts and managing suppliers
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and technical procedures
• Ability to travel to multiple locations in the New York Metropolitan Area
• Flexibility to attend to emergencies and work a SAT/SUN/MON schedule
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company van-sized vehicle
• Appropriate certifications for equipment in use

Benefits

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
