Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Install furniture, lights, home appliances, and wall-mounted items
• Conduct repairs including carpentry, handyman tasks, and light painting
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances or arrange specialist engineers
• Conduct inspections and provide detailed snag lists for apartments
• Liaise with specialized contractors for plumbing, electrical, and appliance work
• Assist guests with technical and maintenance issues to ensure a positive experience
• Deliver missing items such as glassware, lighting, and small appliances to clients

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a General Maintenance/Repairs Technician
• Proven experience in repairing home appliances
• Proficiency with mobile apps and technology
• Knowledge of spare parts and supplier sourcing
• Strong eye for detail and reporting accuracy
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company van-sized vehicle
• Access to a reliable vehicle with mileage reimbursement
• Availability to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• Flexibility to attend to emergencies as needed
