About the role
Responsibilities
- Carry out general repairs including carpentry, light painting, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting
- Install and assemble furniture, lighting, and home furnishings
- Conduct detailed apartment walkthroughs and document issues
- Liaise with external specialist contractors for complex repairs
- Respond promptly to maintenance-related guest concerns
- Support operations by delivering small household items to properties
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Proven experience in repairing home appliances and sourcing spare parts
- Strong knowledge of technical maintenance procedures
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to travel to multiple locations in Vienna daily
- Flexibility to work weekends and attend to emergencies
- Proficiency in German and English
