Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for move-in including furnishing and stocking
• Resolve guest issues such as lockouts, cosmetic repairs, and WiFi troubleshooting
• Perform pre-check-in and post-check-out inspections using mobile checklists
• Conduct property walkthroughs to ensure brand standards for decor and presentation
• Manage local operations tasks like key inventory and storage organization
• Coordinate between field operations, leadership, and customer experience teams

Requirements

• Ability to perform basic handyman tasks and furniture assembly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move items over 30 lbs regularly
• Proficiency with Slack, G Suite, and mobile task applications
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to drive a company van-sized vehicle
• Availability to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
