Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform interventions on production lines and complex format changes
• Execute preventive, curative, and improvement maintenance on production tools
• Participate in studies related to the improvement of work tools
• Ensure commissioning and adjustment of new installations
• Manage intervention priorities within manufacturing teams
• Comply with required certifications (electricity, welding, safety, etc.)
• Monitor equipment safety in coordination with production

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree in mechanical/industrial maintenance or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to perform fast and effective diagnostics
• Methodical and rigorous approach to troubleshooting
• Proactive mindset for continuous improvement
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
