Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain process, utility, and facility equipment in accordance with cGMP regulations and safety standards
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment across manufacturing operations, including Upstream/Downstream processing, Packaging, and Fill Finish
• Manage external vendor support to ensure services are completed in a GMP-compliant manner
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Maintain electrical, process, and utility systems to ensure continuous compliance and reliability
• Record all maintenance activities within the site CMMS system
• Respond to critical utility alarms and perform necessary calibrations
• Participate in HAZOP and design reviews to support continuous improvement

Requirements

• Third-level qualification in Engineering or a completed time-served apprenticeship
• 3+ years of experience working within a GMP environment
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Bio-pharmaceutical industry or an equivalent regulated industry
• Experience with drug product fill finishing and packaging activities
