Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, kitchen, and laundry systems
• Diagnose and repair faults in hotel equipment and infrastructure
• Perform regular inspections of common areas, rooms, technical zones, and exteriors
• Collaborate on the implementation of preventive maintenance plans
• Support the installation, replacement, or improvement of equipment and systems
• Record interventions and report detected anomalies to the maintenance manager
• Provide technical assistance to minimize impact on guests and hotel operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and occupational health standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Technical knowledge in maintenance systems
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and proactivity
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work rotating shifts
