Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and diagnose machine room failures based on specialty
• Review floor riser equipment and event hall equipment
• Perform inspections and diagnostics in guest rooms
• Order materials required for repairs and maintenance
• Conduct weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly inspections
• Verify received spare parts for assigned tasks
• Improve systems according to specialty and requirements
• Follow up on preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure the operability of critical and common hotel equipment
• Comply with occupational health and safety management guidelines and local regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Technical or professional degree in Electricity, plumbing, mechanics, refrigeration, or welding
• Basic English and basic Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting heavy objects, climbing stairs, standing for long periods)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of audio and video electronic equipment installation and assistance
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Experience in machine inspection, preventive maintenance, and process improvement
