Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure the operability of critical and common hotel equipment to guarantee service continuity
• Maintain machine room equipment in optimal condition through regular inspections and adjustments
• Inspect facilities in guest floors, event halls, and rooms to identify anomalies
• Diagnose faults and define corrective actions prioritizing safety and operational impact
• Execute corrective maintenance and perform scheduled inspections (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
• Monitor preventive maintenance compliance and effectiveness
• Request and verify necessary materials and spare parts for repairs
• Propose and implement system improvements to optimize performance and reliability
• Cover rotating shifts to attend to incidents and ensure 24/7 operability

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Technical degree in Electricity or related specialties
• Basic or intermediate English proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of audio and video electronic equipment installation and assistance
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting heavy objects, climbing stairs)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
