Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily engineering and maintenance activities of the hotel, maintaining high service standards
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping department for maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
• Ensure health and safety procedures for guests and employees are applied and emergency programs are respected
• Verify and monitor that the condition of systems and machinery within the facilities is suitable

Requirements

• Experience as a hotel maintenance worker preferred
• Experience in managing systems and buildings
• Knowledge of IT systems
• Management of preventive and scheduled maintenance
• Knowledge of the English language
• Excellent teamwork skills
