Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment including compressors, HVAC, ovens, and electrical systems.
• Provide electrical and mechanical support to manufacturing operations and services.
• Execute work orders and ensure all tools are in good condition and properly calibrated.
• Install machinery and equipment as required and perform technical verifications.
• Support the calibration of welding equipment and other specialized tools.
• Conduct periodic inspection rounds according to the established schedule.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement projects and report abnormal conditions affecting safety or equipment function.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental policies.

Requirements

• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with Yuki and Singer sewing machines.
• Experience with RF welder machines and CNC cutting machines.
• Knowledge of electrostatic painting systems.
• Experience providing support for assembly lines.
