Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and daily inspections
• Handle emergency interventions on building equipment and surroundings
• Execute plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
• Troubleshoot technical issues including lighting, high-tech bathroom fixtures, and Wi-Fi connectivity
• Work as part of a team to complete various technical missions
• Develop skills regarding the safety of goods and people

Requirements

• Technical versatility and problem-solving skills
• Necessary certifications and authorizations to work safely
• Passion for the trade and a positive attitude
• Significant experience in a similar role is a plus
