Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform first-level preventive and curative maintenance (painting, lighting, plumbing, air conditioning, doors, windows, and furniture)
• Control and maintain installations and the cleanliness of the assigned perimeter
• Ensure building compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Implement and monitor corrective actions for work method revisions
• Facilitate inspections by internal or external auditors (Apave, Securitas, etc.)
• Propose technical, safety, and eco-responsible improvements
• Respect intervention deadlines and priorities

Requirements

• Technical training
• Experience in building maintenance for large groups, ideally in hospitality, catering, or leisure sectors
• Strong interest in building painting
• Proactive mindset with organizational and reactive skills
