About the Company

Founded in 1972, T Bar M Racquet Club is a premier private members tennis and racquet Club. The new Banner House at T Bar M features 21 tennis courts, padel and pickleball courts, a resort-style pool, a fitness center, and full-service wellness and spa offerings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all areas to meet cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
• Remove trash and recycling in assigned spaces
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Assist with general building repairs, including carpentry and flooring
• Conduct regular inspections to identify safety hazards and repair needs
• Assist in developing and executing preventative maintenance schedules
• Complete tasks such as window cleaning, touch-up painting, filter changes, and floor care
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and document work orders
• Follow all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out protocols
• Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs and projects

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in facility maintenance, janitorial services, or a related field
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and manual labor for extended periods
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
