Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical problems through in-depth fault analysis
• Overhaul and maintain crucial process installations to ensure reliability
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities with suppliers and internal teams
• Optimize uptime and efficiency by executing maintenance strategies
• Contribute technical expertise to large-scale investment projects and machine upgrades
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and performance data to drive continuous improvement
• Apply strict safety standards to contribute to a zero-incident culture
• Support on-the-job training for operators and other maintenance specialists

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Higher secondary diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in Mechanics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance
• Proficient computer skills
