Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide operational maintenance support for equipment and perform analytical routines for data collection and indicators
• Perform basic programming on controllers and tightening systems to ensure correct torque, speed, and angle settings
• Support assembly lines by analyzing and correcting deviations in the tightening process
• Execute installation, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance on electronic and pneumatic tightening tools and peripherals
• Conduct functional tests and capability testing for statistical sampling
• Follow preventive maintenance and inspection plans to ensure high equipment availability

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field
• Knowledge of PLC and computer networks
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Availability for 100% on-site work and flexible scheduling

• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI
