About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain community buildings, equipment, and grounds to support operational and resident satisfaction goals
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Respond to work orders in a timely manner, including after-hours on-call requests
Requirements
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in residential or commercial settings
- Proficiency in basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair
- High school diploma or equivalent
