Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain community buildings, equipment, and grounds to support operational and resident satisfaction goals
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner, including after-hours on-call requests
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Complete building repairs such as drywall, flooring, doors, hardware, windows, and screens
• Maintain pools/spas, chemicals, logs, and associated safety equipment
• Inspect common areas and residential units to identify and address maintenance issues proactively
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician in residential, commercial, or facility settings
• Proficiency in basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, climbing, and lifting

Preferred Qualifications

• CAMT, EPA, CPO, or boiler license/certifications
• Basic computer proficiency
