Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and pneumatic systems
• Repair, rebuild, and maintain mechanical drive systems
• Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools
• Perform fabrication and install material systems

Requirements

• Experience with machine troubleshooting and repair
• Knowledge of V-belt and Chain drive systems
• Experience with 480 volt – 3 phase motor circuits
• Basic welding, layout, and fabrication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime
• Ability to work in various conditions including heat, cold, and dust
• Commitment to a zero-injury safety culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
