Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment
• Perform mechanical repairs and fabrication in a safe and efficient manner
• Conduct regular inspections (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) and report any identified issues
• Utilize knowledge of drives, motors, sheaves, and general mechanical operations
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete required sanitation paperwork
• Work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace through proper housekeeping

Requirements

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Knowledge of and compliance with all OSHA safety standards
• Ability to work rotating shifts and participate in an on-call schedule
• Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to work in various ambient temperatures and environments containing dust

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of fabrication or welding experience
• Experience operating equipment such as forklifts, reach lifts, or JLG
