About the role
Responsibilities
- Repair equipment malfunctions during assigned shifts to ensure operational reliability
- Record shift occurrences in the SAP system and report equipment failures to the Supervisor
- Review and ensure the supply of auxiliary services for production and packaging operations
- Communicate pending tasks to guarantee the continuous operability of production lines
- Execute activities in compliance with Integrated Management System (SIG) standards to minimize quality, environmental, safety, health, and food safety risks
- Participate in continuous improvement programs to foster a culture of process excellence
Requirements
- Technical degree in Electricity, Maintenance, or Industrial Mechanics
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician (work certificates required)
- Availability to work rotating 8-hour shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts)
