Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment reliability by detecting and correcting operational issues during assigned shifts
• Document shift occurrences and report equipment failures to ensure timely identification
• Review, communicate, and execute pending maintenance tasks to prevent production line downtime
• Assist in and execute specific maintenance functions to guarantee high-quality workmanship
• Operate and follow Integrated Management System (SIG) standards to minimize risks related to quality, environment, safety, health, and food safety

Requirements

• Technical degree/graduate in Industrial Refrigeration, Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Mechatronics, Instrumentation and Process Control, Industrial Electrotechnics, or Industrial Electronics and Automation
• At least 1 year of experience in similar roles within industrial companies
• Availability to work onsite at the Pucusana plant (Carretera Panamericana Sur KM 62)
• Availability for rotating shifts (07:00 - 03:00 PM | 03:00 - 11:00 PM | 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM)
• Availability to work overtime as required
