Maintenance Technician (Apprenticeship)

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance, including the upkeep, adjustment, and repair of site equipment
• Execute electrical interventions on cabinets and electrical installations
• Maintain ventilation and aeration systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance through scheduled rounds and maintenance planning
• Diagnose and resolve technical breakdowns and malfunctions
• Support occasional missions at the Mondragon site

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BEP, CAP, Bac Pro, or BTS in industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, or an equivalent field
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and a hands-on approach to technical work
• Ability to adapt to various technologies and multi-disciplinary tasks
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and methodical working habits
