Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, grounds, machines, and assets at the Appleton and Green Bay facilities
• Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools in adherence to OSHA regulations
• Support troubleshooting of pumps, 440v 3-phase electrical systems, motors, drives, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules and perform housekeeping, painting, or miscellaneous tasks as needed
• Read and understand standard prints and instructions
• Identify necessary parts for maintenance needs and report to the Shop Superintendent
• Work alongside production employees and contractors to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant manufacturing-related mechanical or millwright experience (or 2 years of technical training)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• General knowledge of PLC controls and motor controls
• Proficiency with computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work off-schedule shifts to address urgent maintenance needs
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems
