About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, and circuits
- Execute minor plumbing work including clearing stoppages and replacing fittings
- Handle flooring repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and graffiti painting
- For plumbers: snake drains, clear clogs, and perform water heater replacements
- Manage work orders within specified time limits
- Maintain the physical plant and property areas under supervision
Requirements
- High School education or equivalent
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience or related field experience
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations
- Willingness to drive frequently
- Ability to work on-call, overtime, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale residential or commercial environments
- Technical certifications in specialized trades
- Formal training in Swimming Pool Operations or Appliance repair
