Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance measures on a wide variety of equipment at our sites
• Perform repairs and complex fault diagnostics to minimize downtime
• Utilize the latest tools to maximize equipment effectiveness and availability
• Adhere to all occupational health and safety guidelines and practices
• Support the professional development of apprentices at the site
• Work on projects focused on continuous improvement and implementing best practices

Requirements

• State-certified technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Completed technical vocational training recognized by IHK/HWK or a relevant engineering degree
• Proven experience in the maintenance of industrial production systems
• Advanced German language skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in rotating shifts to support 24/7 operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with condition-based monitoring
• Experience working with pressure and application machines
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining conveyor or automation systems
