Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures to keep equipment and facilities in top working condition
• Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality and necessary climate control
• Investigate and resolve issues impacting production and facility safety
• Maintain high attention to detail to identify potential hazards or warning signs of equipment failure
• Communicate effectively with various facility team members to prioritize repairs
• Participate in the on-call maintenance rotation and coordinate with colleagues to ensure facility uptime

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance or an equivalent field
• Proven experience with OSHA requirements, including lockout/tagout and confined space safety procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Physical ability to climb ladders, bend, crawl into awkward spaces, and work at heights
• Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing and walking

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment
• Experience in welding and fabrication
