Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot malfunctions in industrial machinery, specifically automatic riveters, to improve reliability.
• Decode technical documentation including mechanical plans and electrical diagrams.
• Perform daily maintenance interventions and follow-up within the wing box assembly unit.
• Collaborate with partners and other group sites using agile methodologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Diploma in Industrial Maintenance.
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, including precision part fitting.
• Ability to work autonomously and handle complex technical subjects.
• Basic proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) operations.
