About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and operate liquid bulk and specialty gas/chemical delivery equipment to support semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Perform intermediate troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of gas/chemical delivery systems.
  • Conduct daily rounds, including safety inspections, monitoring online systems, and verifying toxic gas monitoring operations.
  • Execute bulk gas and chemical trailer transfers and manage chemical tote/drum and gas cylinder change-outs.
  • Initiate proper reporting for quality incidents, inventory, material usage, and safety parameters.
  • Act as an Emergency Response Team member and issue Hazardous Work Permits.
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve manufacturing problems and develop site-specific work instructions.
  • Comply with all HS&E standards, including PPE, Lock Out/Tag Out, and Confined Space Entry.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of related technical experience.
  • Strong electro-mechanical aptitude and ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand/walk for up to 10 hours per day.
  • Ability to wear a respirator as part of required PPE.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and train junior technicians.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the semiconductor, chemical, specialty gas, military technical, or nuclear industries.
  • Completion of TGCM Tech 7 local OJT and qualification requirements.
